You are responsible for ensuring that the other members of your party are aware of the content of this Privacy Policy and are in agreement with you supplying their personal data to us to make a booking or other purchase on their behalf. By making a booking/purchase or submitting your personal data to us, you agree to the transfer, storing or processing of it as set out below.  We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.  If you do not agree to our use of your personal data as set out below we cannot accept your booking and you should not use this website.
 
Information we may collect from you and why we collect it

When you make a booking or enquiry, we will collect certain personal data about you and about any other person you include on your booking.  This will be information such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and personal requirements. We need to collect this information in order to arrange your lessons and other services you are requesting.  
 
We may also collect personal data about you in the following circumstances

If you enter a competition or promotion, complete a survey, or if you report a problem. If you actively sign up to receive email newsletters from us, (although you will be given the option to opt-out of such use). If you contact us, we may keep a record of your email or phone number.
 
When you browse our website

We may collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We use google analytics to understand how users interact with our website.
 
Transfer and use of your information

We hold your e-mail address and name within Vertical Response systems and will send occasional newsletters by e-mail. As from 25th May 2018, you will need to opt-in for this and all future newsletters will have an option to ‘unsubscribe’. Vertical Response systems are highly secure and are compliant with GDRP regulations. If you make an enquiry with us, we will hold your data within our reservations system, this is managed by Smart Wolf systems a UK based company with highly secure servers.
 
Use of your personal details by third parties

Your data will not be sold or given to other third party unless requested by yourself. 
 
How We Use Your Information

We use information held about you as stated below: To communicate with you regarding your booking or enquiry To notify you about changes to our service For resolving complaints and dealing with disputes; For preventing and detecting fraudulent or criminal activity;
 
Marketing Use
With reference to the above, if you have made an enquiry from us, your personal data may be used to contact you by electronic means (e-mail or text message) with information and offers relating to our products similar to those about which you enquired. We use Vertical Response for email newsletters. We send out occasional newsletters to everyone who has made an enquiry with us. Every newsletter that an option to opt out.
 
Your right to access any personal data we hold
 
You have the right to ask for full details of the personal information we hold on you at any time, by contacting us.
 
Data Security
 
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted, therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data secure and to try to prevent any unauthorised access to it. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. For all e-mail, we use SSL security. Online payment transactions will be direct to our French bank Crédit Mutuel.
